Watch out Dakota... your little sister is sneaking up on you and she is beyond adorable. I am loving this shoot Elle Fanning did for Interview Magazine. So fresh and youthful... after all, she is ONLY 12? Wait what? No honestly, I thought she had to be oh 15 or 16. Nope, not even a teenager yet. Stunning though! I love the simple black lashes on her doe eyes and the coiled up ballerina bun on her head. And can we talk about that dress in the third picture? Gorgeous! XO, Liza

Outfit Post: It's Raining Cats
After a delicious dinner party up in the hills at my best friend Clint's house, John and I came home to see our children (the kitties). Bellatrix gave me a warm embrace and Omar decided to jump head first mid snuggle. I must say... they do make for the greatest accessory to ANY outfit. ;) I adore this dress because it looks like a little fur vest from the back without actually having to wear a fur vest. You get the vague silhouette, but are not subject to the old and tired trend. It's the perfect combination! I will definitely be whipping this piece out for years to come. Hope you are all having a lovely weekend.

I've worn so many of my Essie deep burgundy and espresso nail polish colors, Chanel taupe and khaki... I decided five minutes before John and I walked out of our house that I wanted to go off the wall with a nice 5th grade "blue" to perk up my mood and go against all the trends at the moment. It worked. Now I just need Sea by RGB to come in the mail and I'll be set. For at least 5 minutes. Ha!

Liza's Online Holiday Shopping Playlist
Ok guys... How is the holiday season complete without a good playlist to keep you going while you do your online gift shopping? Whether you are browsing for ideas or snatching up items off your list before they are gone, one always needs some great music. I know I do! Although these tunes below aren't really Christmas songs, they most definitely lift my spirit, as this freezing winter weather has a tendency to put me in a slump. Check out my playlist below and type them into iTunes, give a little listen, and see if you like! XO, Liza
Dancing With Myself- Billy Idol
How can anyone not LOVE this song? I adore music from the 80's and this song is most definitely one of my faves.
Signs- Bloc Party
This song is so beautiful. I associate it with winter, as I used to play it a lot a few Decembers ago. Can never go wrong with Bloc Party in my mind.
Pumped Up Kicks- Foster the Children
This song is adorable. I always hear it on my Sirius in the car and it puts me in a great mood.
Heartbeats- Jose Gonzalez
One of my favorite songs by The Knife, but all slowed down. Genius.
Beautiful Life- Gui Borrato
This might be one of my all time favorite songs. It is long... a little over eight minutes. So pretty though. Something about it is so soothing to me.
The Trouble With Love Is- Kelly Clarkson
Had to throw this one in for Jewls. I am not afraid to admit that I like Kelly Clarkson! Hahahaha! Her voice is amazing and her music is just carefree and fun. I have always loved her since she won "American Idol." I guess it's the teeny bopper in me?
Fascination- La Roux
Since her hit "Bulletproof" is beyond played out... This song is probably my favorite of La Roux's.
Open Your Heart- Madonna
Just had to! Who doesn't love Madonna? Come on!
To Be With You- Mr. Big
A little early 90's music doesn't hurt! Please tell me you guys remember this song! Hilarious.
Ceremony- New Order
A gorgeous song by New Order. You might remember it from the movie, "Marie Antoinette."
Spirit In The Sky- Norman Greenbaum
I love old music from the 60's and 70's. This song is perfect in my eyes.
Seven- Prince
Another staple in a playlist of mine. Cannot go wrong with Prince. Ever!
Who's That Girl-Robyn
Robyn is pretty awesome. I love music you can dance to. All of her songs are fun and upbeat.
The Look- Roxette
Classic 80's. Period.
Heart Skipped A Beat- The Xx
Absolutely adore The Xx. Their album is something you can play over and over again. EVERY song is good. I feel it's hard to find records like that nowadays.
Only You- Yaz
To finish my list off, some 80's from Yaz. My ballet teacher at dance camp used to play this. Yes, some 80's music instead of some classical piano. LOVE.

Liza's Christmas Outfit for LA
Again, I also threw this together in five minutes! That's how it's done in real life too. Our best ensembles are always the ones we throw together half asleep, not paying attention and NEVER EVER premeditated. Our mantra is to always be effortless and if a decision on what to wear is taking too long... start over from scratch and stop thinking about it! Lize and I are so sad that we can't be together and snuggling with eggnog watching old terrible movies over the holidays, but she will be here in LA in January!!! So until then, we have created fantasy outfits for each other for fun. I snatched this Julien Macdonald Lace Chiffon dress for Lize. Ohhhh my little ballerina. This would be killer. I love you and miss you!

Juliana's Christmas Outfit for Chicago
Ha! Ok, I literally just made this outfit in four minutes. It came to me though and if I were a bazillionaire, I would send this to Juliana so she could wear it on her way to Chicago! I am kind of beyond obsessed with this Rick Owens fur hooded coat, as well as the Proenza Schouler bag... that pop of teal against all the black is killer. Check it out below! XO, Liza

Shoot of the Day: Zara Mirkin for No Magazine
Ummm, this shoot is my new obsession. Wow. Every picture is perfection. Zara Merkin, who styled this entire spread, is one of the most popular and refined stylists in New Zealand. Oh and also the designer for the womenswear of Stolen Girlfriends Club?! No wonder this is amazing! Google her and look at her other shoots. They are pretty awesome. XO, Liza

Outfit Post: Proceed with Caution
Last night I celebrated an old friends birthday with dinner and sake in Beverly Hills. Being December in LA, it's a tad bit chilly but only cold enough for a lightweight coat. It was the perfect occasion to whip out my new AIforAI blouse and jacket. I recently met the designer two weeks ago at a sample sale in the fashion district downtown and promised her I'd do a shout out on our blog. Check out her amazing pieces here, www.aiforai.com. I am in love with the construction of this blouse and the cape on the back of this shrunken jacket. I am off work today... Hoooooray! Looks like I'll be chatting on the phone with Lize, organizing my closet, and doing some yoga. Sounds like a good to do list to me.

Outfit Post: Chilly Friday Night
My sister and I braved the winter weather on Friday night and went to see "Black Swan". It was AMAZING. I highly recommend it and I am most definitely seeing it again! It was for sure a movie night though, as Chicago is absolutely freezing! Gah! So painful to be running around outside. All I needed was a massive sweater coat and I was set. XO, Liza

Best Dressed of the Week: Emma Roberts
There aren't a ton of 19 or 20- year- olds in Hollywood that dress great in my opinion. While Miley is fringed out trying to be ultra bohemian and Kristen Stewart is dressed in an old sweatshirt and Chucks, Emma Roberts is nailing it, whether she is on the red carpet or just running errands. Therefore, she is my best dressed of the week! I did a post on this cutie over the summer I believe... It's pretty rare that I don't adore what she is wearing. She always looks mature, yet age appropriate. She never seems as if she is trying too hard as well, which I love. Sooooo here's a picture of Emma a few days ago on the go in Los Angeles. In some big shades, a TopShop dress, Miu Miu bag, and black flats, Emma looks casual and comfortable. So cute. Hope you guys all had a great weekend! XO, Liza

Nail Polish Color Obsession: RGB "Sea"
Hi. I am Liza and I am a major nail polish junkie. HA! So very true though. I have always loved Chanel's amazing colors and I find myself buying them like crazy, but RGB lately is killing it! This color is SICK. So different! I have never seen anything like it. Not to mention the creator of RGB is a friend of mine, so I am all about supporting the line. Gotta buy this asap! XO, Liza

Worst Dressed of the Day: The Kardashian Sisters
K, so I always do "Best Dressed" posts, so I figured I would do a worst dressed one when I saw this picture on one of the gossip blogs this morning. Wow. I don't know where to begin with these three! YIKES! I'll admit it... their show on E! is entertaining because they are such brats and always have crazy escapades and fights going on. But lately, the get ups these girls have been sporting are well... just bad. Kourtney here looks gorgeous, but her outfit is horrendous. If you are gonna wear leopard, stick to one piece. Wearing a leopard coat AND shoes looks ridiculous. Khloe I think is the best out of the three, but I am not sure those leggings are flattering on her. And finally with Kim... Oy. She is beyond busting out of that coat! It draws attention to her chest in a very bad way. The dress underneath it looks cute... She should have just worn that alone with a cool statement necklace or something. Ahh... I would love to get my hands on these outfits to change them up. Not sure their stylist is doing her job! On the other hand though, their makeup looks beautiful and fresh. Kudos to whoever did that. Anyways, Happy December 1st! It was snowing here this morning, so I think I'll be laying around in my big Wildfox sweatshirt and cable knit leggings all day with Angel. Hope you are all having a great week. Can't wait to show you my best dressed of the week for Friday. It's a good one! XO, Liza

Shoot of the Day: Ashley Smith for Jalouse
This shoot adequately sums up my mood today. You really can't beat having some fantastic lingerie on accompanied by a "way too big for you" voluminous wooly mammoth coat. There is something so Elizabeth Taylor and epic about the look. I live for it.
Photographed by: Edouard Plongeon
Styled by: Anne Sophie Thomas

This shot is so stunning. I really can't stand it. The lighting, the luggage, the headband, her leg and the pump. So gorgeous.

I love her hair all messed up and dangling in her face and don't EVEN get me started on how stunning the lingerie is in this shot. Ohhhhhh... I need it all to breathe.

Clean, fresh, and she literally has cleaning supply in her skirt.

Gluttony in a kick ass fur. Amazing.

This looks so good to me right now. I want to take off on a boat. Let's go!

Becoming one with the bed... and that coat. I'm jealous of the relationship. I want in.

Obsessed. The end.

La Garconne nailed it. I would wear it just like this.

The little white balls sewn on it kill me. So little girl and adolescent looking.

I love how that thin little pop of grey bleeds into all the other colors.
