Swimwear Designer Spotlight: Tavik

Well now that's it's OFFICIALLY summer in Chicago, I thought we were obviously due for a swimwear post. Jewls sent me a link yesterday to an adorable bikini she found online by an awesome line named Tavik, so I googled it, checked out their stuff, and decided I just had to do a designer spotlight! I was beyond overwhelmed with the 80's cuteness of these suits... They are SO Saved By The Bell! Exactly what Kelly Kapowski and Lisa Turtle would be sporting today! Based out of Orange County, designer Nicole Hanriot's swimsuits were first featured in an issue of Sports Illustrated.  From there, her designs began popping up in magazines, such as Marie Claire and Elle. Now available on some of our favorite online shopping sites, such as Revolve Clothing, 80's Purple, and Shopbop, Tavik is surely gaining popularity among us fashionistas, who must remain in trend at ALL times... even at the beach!
