Chanel Couture Show Spring 2010

The Chanel couture show absolutely blew my mind. I pretty much was in LOVE with everything, but here are a few of the pieces that I would wear in a heartbeat. XO, Liza

Yes, this dress would probably be in the back pages of US Weekly's worst dressed list if a celebrity had it on. Me though... I love it. It's like a massive puff! Would be so fun to wear.

This dress is simply stunning.

So elegant. Has a vintagy feel to it.

Love the texture of this and the sparkly crinoline peaking out underneath.

So chic and ladylike. Love the pastel pink too.

Designer Dolls

I definitely got way too excited when I first saw these fashion inspired dolls, created by doll designer Andrew Yang. After all, they are dressed in pretty much identical outfits from the Spring 2010 shows (Comme Des Garcons, Marc Jacobs, Proenza Schouler, and Lanvin are shown below). How cute are they? Not cute are the prices though (I believe they are $600 a doll? Yikes!) But they are fun to look at, right? XO, Liza

I am Lusting After These Items

Drool. Drool. Drool.

X. J

I am seriously getting studded out, but I can't deny the adorable construction on these See by Chloe High Tops. Definitely top on my list.

Look at the cute stitching!

This Brian Reyes is on sale right now. Such a perfect white dress. So classy. Reminds me of something Diane Kruger would wear.

The cut out in the back is so gorgeous and unexpected!

Again, leather is overdone, but these Preen harems are so different looking. Also on sale.

I really just want this entire Karen Walker get-up. Such a cute look. Great for day time runnin' around.

Shoot of the Day: Coco Rocha for Tim Walker Vogue UK

A little Tim Walker fairy tale fantasy land is exactly what I need a dose of on a rainy sleepy day in LA. Seriously... it has not stopped for a week. Enough! This shoot though makes me smile.. And while I am on and off with Coco... I think she nailed this one. Hope you're all well!

Model Obsession: Kasia Struss

I recently took notice of Polish model, Kasia Struss as I was flipping through the pages of the January issue of Vogue. Beyond stunning, Kasia was noted as one of the top 30 models of the 2000's by Vogue Paris. Below are two of the pictures of Kasia that caught my eye, as well as a few others that are simply gorgeous. XO, Liza

Simple and fresh faced.

Beautiful.

Galliano nonetheless.

Liza's Best and Worst of the Golden Globes

Hi guys! Been slacking on the blog updates... so sorry! Angel was in town, as he has been gone for a while, so I haven't been on the computer much this week. Anyways, the Golden Globes were alright on Sunday, but of course I stayed glued to the tv for the fashion on the red carpet. Here are my top three picks for best and worst dressed. Enjoy! XO, Liza

Calista Flockhart in Alberta Feretti- My number one pick. Absolutely stunning. I gasped when I first saw this dress. I adore it. So elegant and classy. The little sleeves are so sweet and I love the addition of just a long strand of pearls. Yay Calista!

Anna Paquin in Stella McCartney- Another stunning dress, not to mention I am OBSESSED with these two in "True Blood". They are a great couple. Back to the dress though... looks amazing on her skin tone. It's indeed flashy, but not in the wrong way. The deep v too works on her as she has a small bust (unlike ahemmmm Mariah). Perfect.

January Jones in Lanvin- Beautiful. I never not love Lanvin, so it's obvious this is one of my favorites. SO Audrey Hepburn with the ribbon in her hair. Perfect touch to it. All in all, sheer elegance.

And now for the worst.....

Fergie in Elie Saab- Ok, so the style of this dress isn't necessarily the worst part for me. It is the color. She looks like an easter egg. Against her skin tone and everything, I just do not like it. Comes off cheesy too. Ehhh.....

Tina Fey in Zac Posen- I am not the biggest Zac Posen fan, but I do enjoy some of his designs on occasion. This... I do not. Awful. Again, the style of the dress isn't that bad. I guess it is the pattern? Can't exactly pinpoint it, but it is ugly. The end.

Amy Poehler in Jay Godfrey- Honestly... she looks like she is going to her senior prom in this number. Everything about this dress is terrible. Amy is petite and it just makes her look bigger then she really is. The one shoulder with the rose and the black ribbon on the waist? Ugh, this is just bad.

Opening Ceremony Shoes

Greetings from Florida! Sorry I have not updated in so long. I've been relaxing and enjoying my time off from school... although I have not stopped frequenting my favorite sites every morning with my coffee! Here are some amazing shoes by Opening Ceremony's house line that I am in love with. I'll take all of these in a size 8 please. XO, Liza

Bows, Bows, Bows.

These are just fab. That is all there is to say.

A combination of a wedge, a bootie, and a clog? In love!
