Liza's Best and Worst of the Golden Globes

Hi guys! Been slacking on the blog updates... so sorry! Angel was in town, as he has been gone for a while, so I haven't been on the computer much this week. Anyways, the Golden Globes were alright on Sunday, but of course I stayed glued to the tv for the fashion on the red carpet. Here are my top three picks for best and worst dressed. Enjoy! XO, Liza

Calista Flockhart in Alberta Feretti- My number one pick. Absolutely stunning. I gasped when I first saw this dress. I adore it. So elegant and classy. The little sleeves are so sweet and I love the addition of just a long strand of pearls. Yay Calista!

Anna Paquin in Stella McCartney- Another stunning dress, not to mention I am OBSESSED with these two in "True Blood". They are a great couple. Back to the dress though... looks amazing on her skin tone. It's indeed flashy, but not in the wrong way. The deep v too works on her as she has a small bust (unlike ahemmmm Mariah). Perfect.

January Jones in Lanvin- Beautiful. I never not love Lanvin, so it's obvious this is one of my favorites. SO Audrey Hepburn with the ribbon in her hair. Perfect touch to it. All in all, sheer elegance.

And now for the worst.....

Fergie in Elie Saab- Ok, so the style of this dress isn't necessarily the worst part for me. It is the color. She looks like an easter egg. Against her skin tone and everything, I just do not like it. Comes off cheesy too. Ehhh.....

Tina Fey in Zac Posen- I am not the biggest Zac Posen fan, but I do enjoy some of his designs on occasion. This... I do not. Awful. Again, the style of the dress isn't that bad. I guess it is the pattern? Can't exactly pinpoint it, but it is ugly. The end.

Amy Poehler in Jay Godfrey- Honestly... she looks like she is going to her senior prom in this number. Everything about this dress is terrible. Amy is petite and it just makes her look bigger then she really is. The one shoulder with the rose and the black ribbon on the waist? Ugh, this is just bad.
