My Favorite Bracelet- Carolina Bucci "Lucky"

As I usually have a bunch of bracelets on my left wrist that I never take off, I decided to add a new addition to the collection a few months ago. Cue Carolina Bucci. Born in Florence, Italy, Bucci's family has been in the jewelry business since 1885. She was obviously destined to study the art of it, as she did so in New York before she opened a store in London in 2007. The piece I first took notice of and had to have was her "Lucky" bracelet. Carolina has said they are inspired by the friendship bracelets she used to trade on the beach with friends when she was little... Only these ones are a little more grown up, done in 18 kt yellow, white, and rose gold woven with silk. They simply just knot, so there is no need for a clasp or anything. In 16 different colors all with different charms, it can be kind of hard to choose which one to get, as they are all beautiful. I believe at the moment they are for sale on Astley- Clarke's website. Check them out, as well as the rest of Carolina Bucci's jewelry. It is GORGEOUS! XO, Liza

I Wear my Sunglasses at Night...

So if you know me really well, you know that I am a sunglasses FREAK. Really I am. I have way too many than any normal person should have, but that doesn't matter. They are a key fashion accessory to me and in my eyes, you can never have too many! Here are some of my favorites. XO, Liza

How fun are these Luella for Linda Farrow sunglasses? I remember seeing them a few years back at Creatures of Comfort in LA. I could see Agyness Deyn wearing these.

I have been a major Ted Lapidus fan for years. His glasses are enormously big and that is the way it should be!

These Dior's are insane. Not sure if I could wear the gold, but I love them.

Benjamin Eyewear makes amazing sunglasses. I'd love to get these as my next pair.

These Anglo American heart glasses are the best. I got them this past spring and I LOVE wearing them.. no pun intended. Haha!

Last but not least, these vintage Dior sunglasses are fabulous. They are available on e-bay at the moment.

Christmas List: Esquivel Monica Boot in Black and Brown

Mommy (I mean, Santa Clause) if you are looking at this... Please get these for me. They belong on my feet. $858... that's not insane, right?

My Mood...

Ok, so we can all feel a little exhausted after Thanksgiving. The mixture of major family catch up and Tryptophan from the turkey is enough to send anyone reeling for a week afterwards. Well, that is how I feel. It's that kind of holiday that is just enough time to make you totally check out of work mode, but not enough time to actually get to relax due to travel, dinner reservations, board games, cooking, etc. I am totally NOT functioning this week and have lived in my bed watching BAD movies with John. So here is an ode to my mood lately via my love, Sasha Pivovarova. She hits it every time. Feelin' blegh, sloppy, dark, layered, bags unders eyes, and messy pillow head hair.. Hope you're all a little more up and productive that I am! Hahaha. Too bad it's only Monday... agghhhhhhh... Yawn.

I want to be in this bed right now.

I really need this hat.

Shoe Designer Spotlight: Camilla Skovgaard

Born in Denmark, Camilla started her career in shoe making at age 20 in Dubai. After spending seven years there, she moved to London and went to the Royal College of Arts to perfect her skills. From there she won many awards and scholarships and then moved on to collaborating with fashion house, Matthew Williamson for the past seven years! I have such a love for designers who aren't stuck to only designing under their own name and label. I love that Camilla shares her craft with others and never fails to collaborate beautifully with other talents in the industry. Linda Farrow is another example of that in the sunglasses world. Anyway, here are some kicks that I love from Camilla. Woo!

Model Obsession: Dree Hemingway

Daughter of Mariel Hemingway and great grand-daughter of Ernest Hemingway, this model of the moment definitely has a fabulous sense of style. I ALWAYS love what she is wearing, as she looks effortlessly chic without trying too hard. Walking shows such as Chanel, Givenchy, and Giles Deacon, Dree is one to watch. Here are some images of her I love. XO, Liza

Shoot of the Day: Greg Kadel for Numero

Greg Kadel linked up with Hungarian 21 year old model, Eniko Mihalik for Numero's October Issue. The lighting is so beautiful. Greg is an alien, I swear... he is too good. Inspires me every time.
